S.H.A.R.P. Provides home repairs to individuals aged 60+ to assist them in maintaining a safe, accessible, and sanitary environment. This program does not offer repairs to mobile homes, apartments, or rentals.

Who Can Apply?
1.)You are a homeowner residing in Tippecanoe County and have current homeowner’s insurance.
2.) Your income level meets HUD low to moderate income guidelines.
3.) You are 60 years of age or older.
WHAT KIND OF REPAIRS:
Furnace/Air Conditioning
Roof Repair
Hot Water Heater Replacement
Sewer Line Cleanout
Gutter Repair
Grab Bar Installation
Hand railing installation
Bathroom Modification
A one-time application fee of $45.00 is the only cost to the homeowner.
Applications are accepted year-round.
However, approval is based on funding availability.
Licensed local contractors do all repair work.
